Cynthia is a certified (2003) professional Executive Coach, Life Coach, and an experienced workshop leader specializing in transformation. She delivers workshops in the San Francisco Bay Area for organizations that includes the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine, Stanford University, Breast Cancer Connections and Elephant Pharmacy. She is a graduate of CTI’s (Coaches Training Institute) Leadership program and is certified as an Enneagram specialist through Helen Palmer’s Narrative Tradition. Cynthia holds the highest professional standards for herself and continuously trains. Prior to coaching, Cynthia had a successful 20 year career in various large consulting and technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a degreed Mechanical and Industrial Design Engineering from Michigan State University.

Cynthia is teaming with Patrick Ryan and 3 other amazing Coaches to deliver the Awakened Wisdom workshops because she is fiercely passionate about waking people to their dreams, to create lives they love, and in doing so, to have a positive impact on the world. Through her own transformational journey with a disabling spinal injury, her husband’s cancer, and career change, her awareness awakened and she’s gained much wisdom. Wisdom that she shares with her clients and workshop participants to support their awakening and consciously choosing to create sustainable, fulfilling, easy, abundant, and joyful lives.
