Denise spent many years building National brands for companies, and realized that sustainable change could only be achieved by refocusing her energy and attention on the individuals that lead, forward thinking companies.

Denise is a professional business coach specializing in transformational leadership, strategic planning and relationship management. She empowers her clients, in the communication, fashion, medical, real estate and financial industries, to look inwardly and expand their life vision of what is possible. She believes in challenging clients on all aspects of their life to accomplish their greatest desires.

Her coaching and leadership company offers workshops, group and individual coaching, team building and public speaking.

Denise holds a BPHE from the University of Toronto and received her CPCC, coaching certification and leadership training from the Coaches Training Institute in California. She was a National elite gymnast and competitive swimmer for over eight years
