Patrick created Claim Your Awakened Life, by integrating the wisdom of Buddhist and North American indigenous teaching, then adding a strong measure of rich life experiences to keep it real. Through experiential exercises, discussions, and reflective opportunities, participants are guided to find their own approach for living an Awakened Life, as inspired by the verses, or strings, from Patrick’s Eight States of an Awakened Being – a guide for anyone who desires to live life in more responDable way.
Patrick's elegant model of an Awakened Life lead me right back to my wisest, most grounded, deeply connected self. I could then dream into the life I want this next year, root myself in my Life Purpose, and walk out with a detailed plan in how to make it all happen. All that, in 3 fricking days!
